Do I need a digital signature to work on Market?

To work on the ETP "TEK-Torg" section "Market", a digital signature certificate is not required.

How to register on Market?

Registration on the Market section consists of two stages:

Stage 1: Registration of a new user on the electronic trading platform and activation of the e-mail address. To do this, you must:

  1. click "Login" on the website http://www.tektorg.ru and select the "Market" section or follow the link https://kim.tektorg.ru/#auth/login
  2. in the opened "Login" form, click the "Registration" button
  3. fill in the registration form, after filling in all the required fields, click the "Registration" button
  4. confirm e-mail (an e-mail with an activation link and a key (code) for e-mail activation will be sent to the e-mail specified in the registration form)
  5. follow the activation link indicated in the registration information letter, or open the activation form located at https://kim.tektorg.ru/#auth/activate, enter the activation key (code) in the appropriate field and click the "Activate" button , after which a message appears confirming successful activation.

Stage 2: Submission of an application for registration of a legal entity / individual on the ETP as an Applicant / Customer. To do this, you must:

  1. go to the page https://kim.tektorg.ru/#auth/login
  2. enter the login and password specified during registration and click the "Login" button
  3. fill in the registration application form (opens by default), consisting of 2 tabs (basic information and registration as an applicant / customer). Note! The full name of the organization must be indicated in the "Name of organization" field (according to the extract from the register with all signs)
  4. after filling in, click on the "Sign and send" button.

What documents are needed to register on Market?

For Organizers:

  1. extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, including one received in electronic form, and containing data relevant to the date of filing the Application for accreditation as the Organizer (only for residents of the Russian Federation);
  2. a power of attorney authorizing the ETP user to carry out, on behalf of the Organizer, actions on the ETP to register the Organizer and to carry out other actions in accordance with the Regulations when working on the ETP, including during the procurement procedures.

The format of the power of attorney is available in the "Documents" section on www.tektorg.ru.

For Participants registered in the Russian Federation:

  1. extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities / USRIP, including one received in electronic form and containing data relevant to the date of filing the Application for registration of the Participant (only for residents of the Russian Federation);
  2. a power of attorney authorizing the ETP user to conclude on behalf of the Participant with the Operator an agreement on work on the electronic trading platform of JSC “TEK-Torg” under the conditions set forth in the Regulations by taking actions to register the Participant on the ETP, as well as authorizing the implementation of other actions in compliance with these Regulations when working on the ETP, including during the procurement procedures.

The format of the power of attorney is available in the "Documents" section on www.tektorg.ru.

For individual entrepreneurs and individuals - a copy of the passport (all sheets).

For Participants registered in a foreign country:

  1. a document confirming the state registration of a legal entity in the territory of a foreign country in accordance with the legislation of the state of registration, containing information about persons entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity, including information received in electronic form, and containing information relevant to the date of filing of the Application of the participant;
  2. a copy of the document on registration with a tax authority in the territory of the Russian Federation, if the Participant is registered with the tax authorities in the territory of the Russian Federation;
  3. a power of attorney authorizing the ETP user to conclude on behalf of the Participant with the Operator an agreement on work on the ETP of JSC "TEK-Torg" under the conditions set forth in the Regulations by taking actions to register the Participant on the ETP, as well as authorizing the implementation of other actions in compliance with these Regulations when working on the ETP, including during the procurement procedures.

Documents issued on the territory of foreign country must be legalized (contain an apostille) and contain a properly, notarized translation into Russian.

What is the deadline for considering an application for registration?

In accordance with the Operational regulations of the ETP, the application for registration is considered within 5 working days. The actual time for consideration of the application for registration does not exceed 1-2 business days.

How to restore access to an account on the ETP?
  • In case of losing the password from the account, the user can independently restore access to his personal account through the website’s functionality. To do this, go to the login form on your personal account https://kim.tektorg.ru/#auth/login and click on the "Reset Password" button, where you must fill in the required fields - login, passphrase and code from the image. Within ten minutes, a user name and a new temporary password will be sent to the user's e-mail specified in the personal account.
  • In case of loss of the login / passphrase, the user needs to contact the support service, after which he will be sent a login and a temporary password to the current e-mail address specified in the personal account.
  • If the organization’s user changes / there is a lack of access to the e-mail of a previously registered user, the user must accredit an additional account on the ETP.

Detailed information on registering an additional user is in the User’s Instructions, located in the "Documents" section on the start page of the ETP "TEK-Torg".

After accreditation of the additional user, send scanned copies of the following documents to e-mail help@tektorg.ru:

If a new account is registered for the head of the organization:

  • document on the appointment of the head (protocol, decision, extract from the protocol)
  • official letter addressed to the general director of JSC "TEK-Torg" Sytin D.A. with a request to provide administrator rights on the ETP

The letter should contain the following data: name of organization, TIN, KPP, full name of the user, login.

If the new account is registered for another person (manager, deputy manager, etc.):

  • power of attorney confirming the person’s authority to register and take actions to participate in procurement (including participation in procurement) on the ETP
  • official letter addressed to the general director of JSC "TEK-Torg" Sytin D.A. with a request to provide the holder of the DS with administrator rights on the ETP

The letter should contain the following data: name of organization, TIN, KPP, full name of the user, login.

How to replenish a personal account on the ETP?

Why do you need to create a price list?

The price list placed on the Market contains information for the Customers about the goods sold, the services rendered, and the work performed. Based on the information from the price lists, Customers can formulate price requests and create orders for the purchase of goods, works and services.

How to add a position to the price list?

There are several ways to add items to the price list.

Manually adding of items

To add positions manually, select the item "Position processing" in the "Price list" submenu of the "Market" menu. In the form "Processing price list items" that opens, click the "Add a new position" button located at the bottom of the form. A line is formed to enter the parameters of the new position. After filling in the necessary fields for all positions, you need to add the positions to the processing request and send it to the ETP operator. To do this, you need to mark the necessary lines with "checkmarks" in the left column of the table and click the "Send to Processing" button at the bottom of the form. After entering the name of the application (for the convenience of further search) and confirming the number of positions added for processing, the "Application for processing positions" form will open. The new application will be assigned the status "Created" and the operation "Send" will be available in the "Operations" column - sending the application for processing and calculating the cost of processing the position. If successful, a window with the corresponding message will be displayed, and the application will go into the status of "Approval". In the "Operations" column, a new "Approve" operation will be available - confirmation of sending an application for processing. The "Confirm payment" window will open. If successful, a window with the corresponding message will be displayed, and the application will go into the status "Approved, ETP is being processed". The cost of processing the application will be blocked on the Supplier’s personal account. The cost of processing the application will be deducted from the customer’s personal account after the application has been processed by the ETP administrator and the positions have been transferred to the price list.

Adding items from the market directory

To add a new position from the directory, select the "Positions" item in the "Price List" submenu of the "Market" menu. The "My Price List" form will open. In the form "My price list", click on the button "Add directory item" located at the bottom of the form. The "Position Reference" form will open. To add a directory position to the price list in the "Position directory" form in the "Operations" column (located on the right side of the form, you may need to scroll the screen) in the line of the corresponding position, click the icon "Add position to the supplier’s price list". The position will automatically be added to the Supplier's price list. Using the search bar in the "Position reference book" form, you can find the required position by name. To do this, enter the name or part of the name in the search bar, press the "Search" button or the Enter key on the keyboard. The system displays the positions in which the specified text fragment is contained.

Import of items from a file

The system provides the ability to import position descriptions into the system from a file. To import items from a file, click on the "Import from file" button on the "Processing price list items" form. To download the template (the form by which it is necessary to generate a description of the positions), you must click the "Download template" button. Save the file template to your computer and open it in Windows-1251 encoding (a plain text file) using the semicolon character as a column separator. In the downloaded file, fill in the position information for the import operation. The completed template must be saved without changing the file format. To download the completed file to the system, you need to click the Browse button and specify the path to the downloaded file in the file selection dialog box. Click the "Submit" button. After performing the above actions, a message appears on the results of the import of positions. The positions that the system imported from the file will be displayed on the form "Processing positions for the price list".

Adding a position from a Price request

To add a position from a Price request, click the "Save position to price" icon in the line of the corresponding request position. The item will be automatically added to the Supplier's price list.

How much does it cost to add new items on the Market?

The cost of services for processing 1 (one) position is:

- if the application for the provision of the service contains from 1 to 15 positions - 100 (one hundred) rubles, including 20% VAT, for processing 1 (one) position;

- if the application for the provision of the service contains from 16 to 50 positions - 70 (seventy) rubles, including 20% VAT, for processing 1 (one) position;

- if the application for the provision of the service contains from 51 or more positions - 50 (fifty) rubles, including 20% VAT, for processing 1 (one) position.

How much does participation in the procurement?

Participation in procurement procedures is free. When the Customer recognizes the Supplier as the winner, the Supplier's personal account is debited with an amount of 1% including VAT (but not less than 100 rubles and not more than 7,100 rubles) of the order value upon confirmation of the Order.

What is an express order?

Market provides the possibility of selecting a supplier without the participation of suppliers, based on the information from price lists placed in the system. For express orders, viewing the information on the procedure is available. The Customer makes a decision on choosing a supplier in an Express order based on price lists of selected Suppliers. If the Customer has not sent a request for a price reduction, no action is required from the Supplier on express orders.

How to participate in the procurement on Market?

To view price requests in the menu "Market" select "Price requests (incoming)". The "Register of Incoming price requests" form opens, containing a list of selection procedures (price requests and express orders) generated and sent by the Customers for consideration by the Supplier, as well as potential selection procedures that the Supplier can review and, if desired, join. To see the parameters of the price request, you need to click the icon "View the price request" (or "View the Express order"). The "Supplier Price Request" form will open. In the form "Supplier’s Price Request" on the "Positions" tab, a list of items is presented for which the Customer asks suppliers for updated information on the cost of items and other conditions of the order. When forming a price offer, the fields marked by the Customer when composing the price request as mandatory to be filled out. Also, in the price offer must be present all positions marked by the Customer as priority. At the same time, it is possible to send a price offer containing instead of a priority position an alternative product. See the Supplier’s instruction for more information.

How to offer an alternative position?

When forming a response to a price request, the Supplier has the opportunity, instead of the position included in the price request, to offer the Customer an alternative product. To do this, click on the "Offer an alternative" icon in the "Operations" column in the line of this position. The "Position selection" form will open. See the Supplier’s instructions for more information.

How to work with direct orders based on the results of procurement?

After the Customer sends a direct order to the Supplier, a Notification of the need to approve the direct order will be sent to the Supplier's mail. This notice will also be sent to the Supplier 3 and 5 days after sending the direct order to him, provided that by this time the direct Order has not been approved and rejected by the Supplier. A direct order with the status "On the approval of the supplier" will be displayed in the form "Desktop of the Supplier’s orders". To display the orders desktop, select "Incoming Orders" in the "Market" menu. A received incoming order from the Customer is displayed with the status "On approval from the Supplier". On the "Documentation" tab, you can view the files attached during the review process, as well as attach additional files containing information on the order. To approve a direct order, click the "Approve" button in the "Direct Supplier Order" form. The specified amount will be blocked on the personal account. After approval of the direct order by the Customer, the blocked amount will be debited from the personal account. After approval by the Customer, the order will go into the status of "On execution". If the customer rejects the order, the status will be "Rejected by the Customer". After the direct order transfers to the status of "Executed", further actions on the order (clarification of delivery conditions, coordination and signing of documents, etc.) are performed outside the system. To reject a direct order, click the "Reject" button in the "Direct Order" form. In this case, the direct order will acquire the status of "Rejected by the Supplier". If the direct order is not timely approved and rejected, after 3 and 5 days, Notifications of the need to approve the direct order will be sent again. After completion of the operations for the delivery of goods and payment, the Customer must close the direct order. In this case, the direct order gains the status of "Executed". If the order has not been completed, then the Customer, at closing, can select the status "Not executed". See the Supplier’s instructions for more information.
