JSC TEK-Torg provides services of electronic platform operator by providing remote access to the above proprietary computer programs.
Services of electronic platform operator consist of providing access electronic platform for the purposes of conducting/participating in procurement and/or trading procedures conducted digitally in accordance with provisions of the actual legislation of the Russian Federation, internal documents of Customers/Organizers of electronic procedures and Regulations of trading sections.

The services of electronic platform operator correspond to the activity in the field of information technology 12.01 (Order of Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media No. 449 of 11 May 2023) - Provision of services using computer programs and databases developed by an organization or an entity included to the same group of entities with this organization (hereinafter - proprietary computer programs, databases), including provision of remote access to computer programs and (or) databases, accounting and (or) distribution of advertising and (or) advertising information on the Internet and (or) gaining access to such information, as well as the provision of services aimed at gaining the access to distribute advertising information and (or) gaining access to such information, advertising and displaying ads and (or) offers to purchase (sell) goods (works, services), property rights, search for information about potential buyers (sellers) and (or) conclusion of transactions.
